NHBC Registered Builder
Gade Homes are delighted to be a premium-rated NHBC Builder offering you peace of mind with a Buildmark warranty and insurance. Protection is provided for you, the purchaser, from exchange of contract with deposit protection insurance. This is followed by a two year post-completion builder warranty and a 3–10 year NHBC insurance policy against damage to your home.
Peace of mind
Prior to completion of contracts on your new home, you will have had the opportunity to inspect your property in detail. This allows complete peace of mind and transparency from the day of purchase, so that items in need of attention can be addressed and resolved. Gade are a registered user of the Consumer Code for New Homes, ensuring high-quality construction and customer service.
Premier Guarantee
A New Homes Warranty covers newly built developments for 10 years from day one of issuing the Certificate of Insurance.
During the first two years of cover the Gade is responsible for remedying defects.
